The operator
For 7 years, my livelihood relied on cold outbound working.
I'm Kyle Carlson, an SDR and AE who spent the last 7 years in direct sales, where my paycheck depended on my ability to do cold outbound at scale and actually get results. I built Serve GTM to put that exact experience to work for your pipeline.

Why this exists
My entire background is direct selling. I came up at HubSpot as an SDR, moved to Account Executive, then into a Channel Account Manager role coaching agencies on outbound, and then back to closing as an AE. One throughline across all of it: cold outbound at scale. As an SDR and AE my income depended on it. As a Channel Account Manager I sat side by side with business owners, helping them grow and scale with new sales strategies in the HubSpot ecosystem.
So I know this channel from both sides: carrying my own quota and helping others carry theirs. I know which subject lines earn the open, which openers earn the reply, and which cadences earn the call, because the alternative was always the same: you don't hit your number and you don't get paid.
That's the whole premise of Serve GTM. I'm not a marketer who read a book on outbound. I'm a salesperson who spent 7 years in the trenches making this channel work, for myself and for the agencies I coached. Now I put that exact playbook to work for you, with the risk on me.
What makes me qualified to book your calls.
My income depended on it.
For 7 years I carried a quota as an SDR and an AE. When my cold outbound didn't work, I didn't hit a number on a dashboard. I didn't get paid. That's a different kind of motivation than an agency running campaigns on the side. I had to be good, or I didn't eat.
I've done it at scale.
This isn't a few hundred emails a month. I've run real volume: cold email and cold calls, across ICPs, testing what actually books meetings and what gets ignored. I know what it takes to stand out in an inbox that gets bombed all day, because I've been the one doing the bombing and the one counting the replies.
I've coached agencies to do it too.
As a Channel Account Manager at HubSpot, my job was coaching agencies on selling and cold outbound, helping them grow and scale by implementing new sales strategies in the HubSpot ecosystem. So I haven't just carried my own quota; I've helped other business owners build the engine that carries theirs.
I know what gets results.
Outbound is my entire background, not a side skill. Every subject line, every opener, every follow-up cadence, refined over thousands of sends and calls, for myself and for the agencies I coached. I built Serve GTM to put that exact playbook to work for you, on a pay-per-show basis so the risk is on me.
The promise
Pay-per-show isn't a marketing gimmick. It's the deal I'd want if I were the client, because I spent 7 years on the other side of the table, relying on this channel to pay my bills. I built Serve GTM so you only pay for the meetings that actually show up.
